showing my subscriptions with my bank transactions of date, time and amounts got nothing. Absolute rubbish response and 0 accountability. I was a member from 2016 so this was not a little misunderstanding this was a blatant disregard of a once loyal member. I used my 2023 invoice since they already have the others I sent via email to their support team.

Very difficult to go through cancellation, but they carried through after making it clear. Won't be going back if they can't follow a simple cancel request.

The button to turn off auto renewal did not work on the desktop app, iPhone app or website app. Very sneaky business tactic! I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel my subscription. back and forth but I finally found a cancel subscription button that worked (rather than cancel the auto renewal).

The VPN service was okay. But technical troubles for 2-3 weeks that were not simple fixes make it not such a simple VPN for beginners.

Beware - overpriced, terrible customer service and no chance of refund – Charged for renewal, asked for refund on same day of charge pending. Contacted PayPal since ipvanish (more like usdvanish) refused refund, citing terms and conditions that i never agreed to (increase in charge amount and refund option if change of mind). 20 days wasting my time with PayPal, somehow case rejected. they even cancelled the service… Read more

now (that i have paid for) and still not issued a refund. initial charge was $50 USD (overpriced as is) and the renewal was $99 USD. Laughable. [Name Removed] you are completely incompetent and unprofessional. Asked multiple times for another person (manager or colleague) to deal with, request simply ignored.

Absolute joke of a company – The service worked ok until February. Then it stopped working altogether. I've reset passwords, reinstalled apps etc. None of it worked. i complained to their service desk and got nowhere. and expected me to spend hours compiling a list of things that were wrong. Avoid at all costs if looking for a VPN provider.
