Reasonable price for good quality product – I purchased a massage chair 6 months ago for my whole family and it is definitely a great product for back pain relief. My parents really like "full body stretch " function of this chair
Fantastic product for a good sleep and muscle pain – I tried this product at my friend's place and felt amazing, so I decided to buy 2 for myself and parents. . It helps me sleep better and fell relaxing after work. My husband's back pain also reducing after a few months using it. Then, she helped me to clean the massage chair before I sat on it.
Once I was ready, the staff helped me to adjust the should position and kept asking me if the strength was too hard. She kept checked on it which made me feel she really cared about my feeling but not just selling the chair. As I was not going to buy the chair for myself, I asked the staff to compare different models to me, so I could choose the right one for my parents. The staff is very professional to explain all the details to me, and didn't ignore any questions that I asked. Even I told her that I would consider it and discuss with my husband when I left. She still greeted to me with a smiling face. As I really satisfied with their chair and customer service, I have just bought the A100 back my home! Really appreciate it!

other girl replaced her n started pushing about my price list n disregarding my questions. I asked her that I will but need to know some information. CSR "I don't know how to contact anyone in Brisbane" and "I'd have to jump through hoops to get those details". Suggested my 75 year old father does it himself, by watching a You Tube video. Would 110% have bought from another company if you are buying and hoping for support.

This is perfect – Purchased massage machine more than 1 year now. It helps to relax and help relief musle tightening after workout. It has all the functions what i am looking for, quite a few different type of massage methods to choose from, and heating funtion also help to relax.
