IRest massager is good – It’s better than I thought and I’m even more satisfied with it after using it. I recently received a service, and the technician who came was kind enough to do it.
After 4 years coincidently just out of warranty the massage roller system has completely destroyed itself. The poor attitude of the customer service is pathetic. re-assembling it when it falls apart as it has. Expect $1000 repair bill minimum. They will not even have the spare part sent to a location near me stating I would have to go and pick it up two hours away.

It’s easy to use and adjust to everyone’s different requirements. My husband and I almost use it every day to get ourselves relax after all day work. Best buy! – My best buy! Since the massage chair delivered back in March 2022, I've made so much use of it. Nothing better than relaxing on the chair at the end of each day. Relax from home; good price – SL-A305-17 Bought 16 months ago, moved house with it, usage 4x a week and it is still working very well. All parts are still working; leather and aesthtic are still perfect. The foot and back rollers does amazing massaging and the compression on calf and arms. But the calf roller is not that effective to very little effect (I'm medium built body) - something to improve. Show details
Good product, functioning well, after-sales service is poor – The zipper of the foot piece was detached after I bought the message chair only for a few months. It should be under 1 year guarantee but as I emailed the office, I was refused to replace the said item or else I would have to pay $300 to get one. This is a manufacturing defect and should be guaranteed. This is a true n honest review and happy to discuss the issue to resolve the matter. Show details

No warranty – Disappointed. It makes loud snapping noise when adjusting to the "zero gravity" position. Tried to contact customer service, the call was never answered. Initial e-mail resonse was relatively better. But went completely silent after learning the problem, despite repeated follow ups. 4 months on since the chair was purchased, I still dont have any further response from them...I don't view this as a credible brand Show details
Wait until further discount – I received this as a birthday present. It was bought in one of iRest outlet 3weeks before and so when I got to use it, and it is already dropped $1200 (as I found out later). Unfortunately I bought various expensive products .
