this time was they were waiting on parts ..funny when I was meant to get a new TV...rang again later and this time they were waiting on a warrant .....3 and half months later still no TV ..rang CATCH..they said they would look into it but haven’t heard back from them either ..a good story for Current Affairs ...never buy anything from this company ..

Tv doesn't work. Company slow and unhelpful – This tv doesn't work. There is sound but the picture cuts out constantly and the company are very slow in providing any help. It's OK. Good for the price – The TV is sooooo big but the sound and picture is not the best. Seems a bit blurry and is not very loud. It's also very slow takes time just to change the channel if you have foxtel but for the price you can't complain too much. It will do me for the next few years.
