Jaycar Wireless 7” Reversing Camera Kit QM8046

This product is total crap – Bought this QM8046 Response reversing camera and had it fitted to my car and caravan. The Useless thing only works when stationary and blacks out when moving and the colour and picture are very poor at the best of times. Total waste of money. And JCAR didn't want to know about it.

Item is un-reliable – Had two of them. First one the camera image went foggy after about 6 months, second one the colour failed after a month, could only produce a black & white image on the display. Would not recommend these.

Worked for 2 days then intermittently connects – Worked for 2 days, then only connects at power up for 5 secs then drops connectivity. When it connects on power up, it has 3 bars, so it’s not poor signal. The camera also makes a humming noise. Doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with the monitor side, just the camera.
