Don’t buy that rubbish – Terrible machine even worse the customer service. I bought one of this machine and I’ve never been able to turn it on, there is a label attached to the machine which explain how ro turn it on, but it is probably for a different machine. Got in touch via email since I opened the box and after 2 months no help at all. You cannot call a phone number. Probably the worst item I’ve ever bought online. Show details

Complete Rubbish – Jet-USA RX 500 This Pressure Cleaner would have to be the biggest pile of rubbish in the way of Pressure Cleaners I have ever had anything to do with and I use Pressure Cleaners regularly. Have probably used it overall for 3-4 hrs. Maximum wash time it has run for. Period. First time I used it it went for about an hour and a half and it started to… Read more

loose pressure. I persisted with it and as time went on it was getting worse. It was just out of warranty and I contacted the seller here in Australia in Sydney with my grievances with it. Didn't really want to know about it, however they said it was a possible Valve Body, so I thought well if they didn't really want to do anything about it, I bought a new Valve Body and fitted it and it worked fine for a time and the same again, did the same thing lost all pressure this time. Bought it home and put it in the Workshop, as a bad joke. The seller in the meantime who I initially spoke to about it, decided they would supply a New Valve Body, so in turn I fitted it and again it worked OK for a period of time and then started to loose pressure again. By this time the machine was well and truly out of the warranty period so I thought, the machine looked new like it hadn't been used still so much to my regret bought another Valve Body, thinking the 3rd time it should work and work for a lot longer time, maybe it was just a bad batch of Valve Bodies. Yesterday I went to use it again after I had fitted this new Valve Body some time ago, and guess what, went for about 20 minutes and started loosing pressure again. I would not recommend anyone buy one of these Model or Brand of Pressure Cleaner ever. Adrian.

Rips the grime off – Pressure washed driveway that hadn't been cleaned for 10 years, photo shows where I cleaned to expansion joint. I'm lazy so decided to cut in the house number on the second part instead of cleaning whole section. Looks great. Show details ·  1

Best electric pressure washer I've ever owned – I've used this machine constantly on driveways, cars, & general house washing and it's never missed a beat in the 3 years I've owned it.. I did add quick connect couplings so that I could quickly add extra hose lengths or change over to a foam canon, and this really made it more versatile and easy to use. My son also uses it on his very muddy 4WD vehicle, and he loves it. Show details ·  1

Rubbish – Hard to use, No real Instruction unless you call a Photo copy sheet instruction. Heavy and hard to change nozzles. Says black nozzle for soap, but mine must be the blue one. Short of it, Buying a Karcher. Much easier to operate and price the same. Show details

Fair dinkum cleaning power – Noisy but effective. The 10m pressure hose is great. Inlet filter is a simple gauze so I added an inlet filter for my dam water. Show details ·  1

Pressure Washer Failed Under Pressure – It was going fine. i have only used it a few times for no longer than two hours. Today i was using it and I noticed that it was down on power and getting a little noisy. I gave it a rest and came back to continue washing the concrete paths. It was making a noise when i switched it on but not powering up. I thought it may have been not switched on… Read more

properly so i turned it on and off a few times. Once or twice it clicked on but the pump would stop after a millisecond.

Useless user manual – There is no explanation of the 5 coloured plugs on the front of the machine. There are no instructions on how to assemble the parts and what connects to what. Presumably there are cleaning fluids that can be used with the machine-but again, no information. on wheels but still very heavy to manipulate Michael Show details

The pressure is ok but below expectation – The pressure is ok although below expectation, however the Floor Cleaner of the "Jet-USA 3800PSI Electric High Pressure Washer- RX55" for which i bought this unit is useless and does not clean my paved area whereas my old 1750psi Karcher K2 floor cleaner did . Show details

When it works it is great. Sadly it is a lazy machine! – First time I have used this beast. Did the job for a little while and seemed to perform as I would have expected. The main problem is it just keeps cutting out which renders it effectively useless. I managed to clean 2 teak chairs before it cut off for the first time. I gave it a long rest but sadly in the last 2 hours it has managed to stay on… Read more

only in random spurts long enough to do the arm of the next chair. Overall verdict: Waste of money, off to Bunnings to buy something I can take back which I would love to do with this. Trouble with on-line purchases I suppose.

Works well and reasonably quite – I used this cleaner for the first time today on some dirty concrete and it went very well. Not sure about the claim of 3800 psi,but it was a lot quicker than my $99 Aldi special (2000psi) mainly due to the more powerful wider spray fan. I would think 3000psi would be more like it. The cleaner comes with some useful accessories but the hose winder… Read more

coils the hose up too tight, the hose remembers this and it's forever getting tangled. I will coil the hose up separate in bigger coils. The spray gun works well but after 2 hours my hand was aching from hold in the trigger in, I will fit a hold in stop later. In all I'm happy with the cleaner and just hope it lasts as long as my $99 Aldi special, 5 years and still good.

29/9/20 I just used my cleaner to clean approx 250 sq mts of pavers and concrete. I done it over two days using the cleaner about 5 hrs each day, I could not find any details about * Duty Cycle * so I gave it a rest every two hours, it done the job very well and I'm happy with it. Before I put it away I will blow all the water out the pump and inject some anti corrosion fluid in .With my other cleaners I used to strip the pump down but it's not a easy job.
