with TSA apparently shouldn’t be checked in?!) and it had been ‘yanked’ off. He had the audacity to scold me leaving the below review, and said I should have just contacted them which I also did immediately prior to leaving the review.
Taken aback by this, I called him out for reprimanding a paying customer for leaving an honest review, and explained that based on my professional experience, as a company they should take it as feedback for further improvement and development and simply APOLOGISE for the inconvenience. After a few heated exchanges, Ben said - he will Google me, thinks I treat people ‘like s**t’ and should look at myself in the mirror, says I think I’m better than everyone else, doesn’t believe that I’m a professional, says he could quit this job tomorrow and not give a ‘f**k’, the list goes on!
I believe [Name Removed] has some serious training to undergo or move on to a more suited role, this is certainly not an acceptable response a company representative should be giving. Nor should a company accept this behaviour.

Wheel fell off on the baggage carousel after 1 use! I’ve had to continuously chase them for updates and finally a month after first reporting they said they will replace the wheel ‘under good faith’. It arrived today and it is the incorrect one. Disappointing in not only the product but their communication and customer service lacking tremendously.
Terrible quality and brand, Customer service non existent – Terrible company and brand, customer service is almost non existent when you have a problem. able to withstand some rigorous handling given it’s designed for such purpose. I sent images to customer care who agreed that the suitcase is unusable and asked for me to post back to them and they would replace but not refund. I paid $40 to post said suitcase back when I could have binned it for free and they have acknowledged receipt of the item and I have followed up 3 times over the past month and have not received a response, a refund or a replacement. I would never recommend this company or brand to anyone. Spend your money on another brand of luggage.

Broken within Day 1 and no response for 3 weeks! – We purchased 2 bags. First bag the wheel broke internally on the first day and then the main zip. The other bag the zip broke in a week. waiting on a resolution. We've had to drag our bags and it's been so painful. We just want to ditch them and buy good quality ones but haven't heard back from them.

Love love loved them! – I brought the 3 piece set for a trip to new Zealand with my family. We used them again to travel to Hawai. I read the reviews before buying and I was a bit spectral but bought them anyway. I’m glad I did! They were fantastic and done the job nicely. There are soooo many compartments to put your items in. The delivery time was excellent! They came so quick. I think the price is valid. I will be buying more in the future! Show details
Poor Quality – Horrible quality and didn't last past a couple of days before the 'feature' labels started peeling off. If I could rate ZERO I would! – I brought the 3 piece set! Took the largest too America and it didn’t survive the first couple of flights and had to be dumped overseas and we had to purchase another in order to get our belongings home- case was cracked In multiple places, handle bent, wheels bent. case and it cracked when closing despite it not being full. It is completely unusable. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY! Do not purchase from them. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact their team and as soon as they hear what’s happened they stop replying. Honestly I’m not sure what’s worse: their customer service or their products.

Didn't even last the flight – Purchased the set of three for an international trip. The large suitcase arrived after its first flight, dented in various areas and missing one wheel. The whole corner of the suitcase had broken away on one side. Had to use masking tape to keep one corner sealed, went straight into the trash when we got home. Show details
Similar experience( Broken from handle ) – I bought this suitcase throught ‘The iconic app’ in january 2019 for my trip to overseas in February . I had a bad experience with it. I was carrying 17.4kg on the large suitcaseand as soon as I lifted from luggage belt at my arrival destination it got cracked from the handle. The handles are quite weak and needs to make it more tougher. Other than that it is quite good in terms of lock, designing and its easy to manoeuvre at airports. Show details
Broke at single use only – Was planning to use the large bag with 20kg to international trip. Broke at handle while lifting it to car. Had to cling wrap to make it through the trip. Horrible experience. This one will go in trash, not sure about the other two, how long will it last. Update on 16 Nov: Posted feedback to JETTBLACK Team, they've responded promptly and offered to replace the broken one
