Do your products expire? I have box of 5NBG, can't remember how long ago I bought it.

I can still get all colours on Amazon uk but for how long I do not know
I love the John Freida deep cherry red. 3VR. In foam. If you are facing this out. Wpuld you make the same color in another kit? Also what color if John Freida conditioning gloss would complement 3VR to maintain my color and cover roots between coloring?

I have been using your hair colour for years and I just love it, I tend to bulk buy but I am about to use my last box and I cannot find stock anywhere, I am devastated as I can no longer find any anywhere. Please tell me you are going to rerelease your hair colour.
About 2 months ago I got a dark cherry wood hair color I Loved it I’m on a fix income so I have saved money to buy a box can’t find it anywhere is it still made?

I am trying to source John Frieda Precision Foam Colour 4 BG Dark Chocolate Brown in Australia. It’s unavailable everywhere! Is it still in production? Will it be back on the shelves at all? I love this product and can’t imagine living without it.
Hi. I actually emailed the company because I couldn't find the foam colour and sadly they are no longer making foam hair colour. Which is crazy because for people with physical limitations its the only product I can use.

We are sorry to confirm our Precision Foam Colours began to be phased out within 2020 or until stock lasts. The 4BG Dark Chocolate Brown has already been discontinued. I am lost without it. I loved the dark chocolate brown. A lot of stores have stopped supplying John Frieda dyes. I have to travel to a large Boots store to buy it now. It’s the only brand I use. I did try another brands medium brown and may hair came out jet black. Now I don’t trust anyone else except John Frieda. I haven’t had a bad colour from them.

We are sorry to confirm our Precision Foam Colours will be phased out within 2020/21 or until stock lasts. The 10B 10N Extra Light Natural Blonde has already been discontinued.

Why was John frieda precision foam discontinued? I've been coloring my own hair for over 25 years. John frieda precision foam is the only product that covers gray and doesnt cause patching. All cream hair color eventually causes patching. Is JF coming out with a replacement product?

I am in the midst of my first time using the precision foam colour and the product foamed like the picture for the application but didn’t later in my hair. The product isn’t dripping but I couldn’t get a massage going so I’ve clipped my hair up to keep it out of my face. Did I do something wrong?
Hi Susie, Sounds like you've done everything right, the product will foam to begin with however, when applied to the hair it won't stay overly foamy while its doing its thing, best to loosely put it up if you have long hair.
