JSJ Roofing recently repaired & repointed a couple of roofs in our strata and were punctual, communicated, efficient and had a high level of skill and expertise. Great workmanship, I would highly recommend their professionalism.
Disappointed as I have used JSJ Roofing before without any problems – Requested a quote from JSJ Roofing for gutter cleaning. Quote stated “Clean gutterlines (hand pick) & bag all debris/Entry's & driveways blown clean on completion” and “to clean any areas that could have been affected by debris being cleared from the gutters and roof ”. The same day of service I sent a letter of complaint including photos via my Strata manager as the yard was left messy. This was back mid-April and the company still has not had the courtesy to contact me personally nor did they attend the property to inspect the issue at the time.
Good service - would highly recommend – I was very happy with service. They were on time, professional and task done with no issues. Would highly recommend to all. They left the place clean and friendly service.
Excellent repair experience – Had Tom from JSJ replace some tiles and repoint my roof about 3 years ago. Professional work carried out. Very happy with the result. Their representative was courteous, efficient and did a great job. The repairs still look as good as new. Highly recommend JSJ for an honest competent job at a fair price.
Professional, courteous and reliable – Fully itemised quote, punctual service and excellent quality work. The guy who did the job was friendly and helpful. Cleaned up at the end and left the place looking great. I was very happy with them.
