Great customer service (coffee and machines) – I have been buying Illy ESE pods online from Kaffeina Group for a few years and recently decided to buy a new ESE pod machine on a subscription plan. After I made the online purchase I received an email from one of the sales staff querying whether I had choosen the correct postage option as free delivery was actually available. My postage costs were then refunded. Unfortunately when I received the coffee machine it had some intermittent problems, and I rang the wonderful lady at reception who was extremely helpful. She organised a free return label, and communicated with me by email and phone to advise of the progress and ultimately replaced it with a new machine. This company truly cares about their customers and offers great after sales service. They sell a range of machines and coffees (beans, ground, capsules and ESE pods), are Australian owned and also offer a rewards program. I highly recommend that you check them out.
