Perfect for singles – This urn is one of the most useful appliances I have ever owned & I am 81! I am dreading it wearing out. It has become an indispensable part of my life. I love it. Easy to use. I fill it in situ with a jug. Too easy & it has never missed a beat. Five stars no problem. Show details
Excellent appliance – This appliance is absolutely perfect for me, I’m a quadriplegic and can’t lift a kettle no matter how small. When this came on the market, I bought one immediately. It is perfect for my abilities to make myself a cup of tea or coffee. Before I had it I had to ask a carer to make it for me and a lot of the time I was alone, so I had to do without.… Read more
I can’t do without it really, so I after about 8 months I wanted to buy a spare but found they weren’t made anymore. I cannot understand why Kambrook discontinued them after such a short time. I have so many people asking me where they can get one, but they can’t. Please Kambrook, please begin production of these wonderful machines again, but this time, advertise them so people will hear about them. Breville are now making them and they’re almost identical except for the colour.
Brilliant piece of work – Had one for a couple of years, never let me down, brilliant piece of kit. It has always delivered piping hot individual serves of water for tea bags, cafetierre or other hot drinks. Very easy, if not too easy to use.
This urn has been a godsend – I bought this urn a few years ago and loved it so much I bought my daughter and daughter-in- law one each for Christmas and they both love it. Now I have every one who visits asking where they can buy one. Please Kambrook please make these again as the larger ones are are not really as convenient for us older people the small one is ideal. Fantastic product – I won this urn a few years ago in a competition. It is fantastic! I am now concerned how long it will last and where I can purchase another. So much easier than using a kettle or jug. Kambrook no longer make this model which I find hard to understand as its a wonderful appliance. I hope Kambrook reconsider as I'm sure marketed properly it would be a great hit!
Absolutely brilliant – I use this urn at work and sadly we need to replace but like the old hens teeth can not find another, if anyone has sujestions as to where to go would like to know, it gives so much self worth to the people I work with and it makes a good quick cuppa for me very good for the elderly and disabled, gives oportunity for independence and being able to do when they want Show 2 replies
I love this product – I am 74 & this urn is now an indispensable part of my life. At first my friends laughed thinking what did I need an urn for, but they are now very impressed. It is so quick & convenient. I have arthritic hands & I just fill it in situ with a small jug. I hope I have it for ever.
So far so good – Had it about 6 months so it's early days but can't fault it so far. If I had to criticise I would say that I would have liked the reservoir to be a little bigger but it's as big as a kettle. We seldom use our kettle now. It lights up blue when heating. If you don't like blue... or lights... Aesthetically pleasing. Not a time machine.
