Disappointed – Spent more money on a Kettle after having a very cheap one that lasted >5 years, but the filter had started disintegrating. Had this less than a year and the latch you press to boil it fell off. Poor design. Didn't have the receipt so couldn't get warranty. Keep the receipt.

Worst kettle I’ve ever had – We’ve had this kettle for a little over a week and I’ll be retuning it. It is the worst kettle for limescale - limescale pieces have appeared everyday, even though I clean and empty it after every use. The filter is terrible - the mesh holes are too large, so pieces of limescale end up making their way into your cup (which isn’t good when they are babies bottles).

I’ve never had to descale a kettle so much in such a short time. If Kambrook made their filters better (like Russell Hobbs do), then it wouldn’t be as bad.
