this will be our 4th replacement – we use this in our conference room occasionally and unfortunately we have had a problem with all 4 leaking in the same areas - around the spout. It looks like where the join is to the water level indicator. we have had replacements off the shop but I think this will wear thin now. Sorry wouldnt recommentd

Good – i was looking for a new kettle and stumbled upon this ,its great,holds a lot and its an affordable price and great for large morning tea parties quick,cheap,holds a lot

I was wondering if you could tell me if it is still in good working order or if you have had any issues after you posted this review? I want to buy my dad an urn as he goes through kettles like no ones business but he wouldn't have the patience for one that continually has problems.
