Still works beautifully and always did – I’m surprised to hear how many people are dissatisfied with this model because mine is 11 years old and still going fine. Are use it regularly and for hours each time. So you can get a bit sore on the hand use it with. Show details ·  1

Terrible – Piece of rubbish, same as other complaints, works fine for 5 to 10 minutes and as soon you stop it then start again it doesn't work. If they made a faulty unit then they should be either replaced or repaired free of charge. NOT HAPPY KARCHER !!!! Show details

This model is a dud. Do not buy it – use the unit about 2-3 times per year. After the first year it stopped working after about 15mns use. Took it to pieces and tried to fix but no luck. Seems to be an in built problem with Karcher. No wonder this model has been discontinued from Karcher.Would not recommend buying Karcher except fr maybe their high end products.  Show details

Good for what it is designed for – I've had this washer for around 5 years now and it still works fine. Don't expect it to perform the same as a 2500psi petrol washer. At first there were seizing problems after around 10mins of continual use, but then I found out that it is good to run a small amount of light oil (with water) at the end of each use. I read it in the manual of a… Read more

different washer. It seems to fix the seizing problem or at least it's not as bad. Shame I had a wasp nest built in the turbo head so it doesn't spin like it used to.

All kocher with Karcher K 2.91 – Have had this machine now for several years. It does not often get a big work-out but when it does it seems to be fine. Had a problem once with it firing up but found that by running water through it before turning on the power it has worked well. It seems to get any water bubbles out of the system. Have had some difficulty getting the wand into… Read more

the trigger piece but now just leave it in there. Wish the power cord and pressure hoses were different colours. Have read a range of reviews. I was hoping that it might have been more robust.

Similar complaints to other reviews – Karcher K2.91 Bought from Bunnings. Hardly used but nevertheless needed warranty repairs twice. Would work then lose pressure and not switch on again. After warranty ran out still problems with pressure not building up after short use time. Took apart myself and found that also the service agent had placed plastic detergent tune next to fan so… Read more

that it wore through (programming future service work?). Now pressure not working again after 15minutes of use. About to replace as I don't figure unit is worth the expense of repair. I will not buy Karcher products again after this experience!

Karcher K2,91 MD plus disappointing – I purchased the Karcher K2.91 and used it about twice a year. In the second year the motor would not switch on every now and then when the trigger of the gun was pressed. I only got water dribbling out. It then got worse and worse until I could not get any pressure out of the gun at all. Mr Karcher that should not happen and I suggest you have a… Read more

really good look at your product design. The product is a pile of junk and I threw it in the rubbish bin! I would never buy Karcher again. $350 down the drain! Presents well in the shop.Good marketing to suck you in to buying an inferior pressure cleaner at a premium price. Expensive, no quality, poorly designed, lack of troubleshooting instructions that are really useful.

Not a good pressure washer – Less than 12 months pump started to fail just on warranty but late in getting it to bunnings. 15 months seals failed resulting in oil leaking into water while trying to wash entertainment area. After this time I placed in bin now reading reviews on other pressure washers. Trigger started to hurt the hands after a while but if all else went well it would have worked well. Nice yellow colour Not reliable.

Terrible – Trash $300 will buy lot more at car lovers then you will get from a Karcher. Will try a petrol pressure washer next time as I will never buy anything from Karcher again. The first 6 uses because thats all that they are good for. Heap of garbage have had 3 karcher products none of them did more then 6 washers before being repaired.

OK – A good unit but i'll give a different brand a go next time. Nothing more annoying than something playing-up soon after warranty runs out. Great Cleaner. Was running fine until I accdintally left unit on and turned off tap. My bad !! The detergent dispenser was great for the 1st litre or so. After that it gulped the stuff way too fast. Stopped… Read more

using it (yes, and I was using the Karcher detergent)

After approx 12 months the unit would not kick in unless I adjusted head to make low pressure, once running I would twist head to high pressure. A pain but annoying enough to make me look at a different brand next time.

Bad – Many people have said how reliable Karchers are. Maybe I just got unlucky? I would not buy this model again. Long hose and powerful spray. Has broken twice in the first year needing repairs after realatively little use.

OK – I am happy with this entry-level unit. It does what it claims and is relatively cheap. However it may not meet everyones expectations. So if you expect it to strip paint, get a petrol-powered model! A good basic unit. Does what it claims. You get what you paid for! Have been using for 2 years now with no major issues. Used to clean my pool… Read more

patio and car. Have even used to clean black-spot algae from pool walls! Rotating spray nossle now needs a knock to start functioning, but suspect this is due to ineffective drying between uses. Make sure that you fully empty all lines!

Would benefit from electric cord retractor/tidy.
