Water Keeps Building Up Inside Unit – The instruction manual is really vague about how to install the drain pan. We're getting lots of water leaking out of the unit so we've just removed it and found large puddles of water building up inside. drain pan being a real problem and luckily the unit is new so we haven't developed any rust yet, the cooler works really well.

Not the same performance of older equivalent size model – After having two older Kelvinator in wall models fail after many years of satisfactory and reliable service we decided to replace with similar. new units, OK on cooling but poor on the heat cycle, you wonder where all the heating KWs are going, certainly not into the room. It`s not possible to move air without some noise but these units are so loud on the heating cycle high fan that conversation is difficult. Little point in chasing manufacturer as the units do work but it`s nigh impossible to objectively prove current model performance against previous.
