the day before...well before the required period to cancel . Another call and an email to them. Could barely understand the guy on the phone...unintelligible English. Said though he couldn't arrange a refund. By the way the 13 phone numbers are listed for different Australian cities with +61 in front...what a lie! They are in the UK...so I have expensive calls to pay for too. I went to the bank and they cancelled my credit card as a precaution, and have lodged a report to try to get my money back, which will hopefully be successful. Further emails I sent were met with automated replies that were just gobblygook. Same one repeated over and over no matter what I said. They did ring me back once as requested but the guy cut himself off mid sentence! And didn't call back. The tablets contain a few minerals and some salt...no way will they help lose weight. Their speil claims they contain herbals, a complete lie. Their so-called customer service people are the worst, most unprofessional amateurs to deal with. Don't touch these rogues.

phone call I am told basically ‘tough luck’ and directed to read their attached terms & conditions which state I had to inform them about the debit before a month had passed- in other words they keep my money. By the way I lost no weight over the month taking the capsules.
