I bought two of them for Christmas my kids were so excited but still haven’t been able to use them. First had issues with the sim codes finally got that sorted then connected to wifi to bind the watches and now they are both just flashing on and off and can’t get into anything in the watch to fix it. Can’t use them at all. They turn on fine Norma screen until the clock face comes on flickers on and off. I’ve tried resetting multiple times, turning off the wifi, going to a different house away from wifi, taking sim out. Nothing is working. Weird that both watches did the same thing after connecting to wifi….any ideas? Or anyone had the same issue?

I have just purchased my daughter her watch it is all upto date and the aeroplane mode is off but it will still not allow me to call her or her receive calls

Hi - I want to know if you can use your own sim card in the Kidsoclock GL20? Its a voice and text sim with data as well. We previously brought a different watch for our daughter and are unhappy with it. Keen to get a Kisoclock instead however we already have a prepaid a sim etc so want to be able to use that instead of the provided sim card shown on the website. Thanks

Is there any way to stop calls coming in during study mode? If my son randomly receives a call during class, he will need to hand his watch into the office everyday which we don’t want to do.

what data sim plan is best - if they don't have access to the internet on this clock I don't see why you would need a lot of data? is 500mb per mth enough?

Hi, we just bought this watch and have activated an Australian plan. He has travelled overseas however and when we try and install the overseas Sim, it asks for a 6 digit PIN. What is this PIN? We have not reported it lost on the app and on the FAQ it says that it uses any international network. Help!!
