King Living Concerto

I feel that I have been mislead and taken for a ride!
On the 31st of March 2014 we bought the concerto. My Day of regret.
My wife and I walked into King Furniture and we were both excited to buy the lounge of our dreams. The Concerto..
We picked our material with the sales assistant as we wanted something durable and long lasting. Bad idea!
Within the first year we notice the material was looking for worn. We called warranty and we sent photos and it was fixed. Pretty good after year, don't you think. Value for money.. Not.
Wow, I thought to myself this was just a year, imagine after a couple...

Most uncomfortable sofa
We bought a Concerto sofa from King Furniture two and a half years ago. It seemed comfortable in the show room, but I guess you get seduced. It is like sitting on a park bench! It is so hard and uncomfortable and the seat is too deep for me as I am not tall. We had to buy two more cushions for my back but the couch is as hard as a rock. I phoned King Furniture and they were not in the least bit interested. In fact the manager of Annandale said they were having a sale soon, perhaps I would like to buy another one. Never again !

I have spoken to customer service and they are coming out this week to inspect the sofa. We shall see!
Customer Service non existant! A very nice fellow came out to see the sofa and suggested that because we were never given any options for softer cushions in the showroom (as they advertise) he advise...
Read mored that King Furniture supply us with a down overlay on the cushions at their cost. I phoned them today and they are not going to do anything because they say the cushions are not faulty. Well I know that but we were never given any options (as they profess in their ads) and if we had I would have chosen the more comfortable cushions. The memory foam ones that we have are exceptionally hard to sit on. I would never buy another King sofa again. When my children visit they keep telling me how uncomfortable the sofa is.. Never Never Never!Questions & Answers

I bought a full sized concerto lounge 2 years ago and am moving to a smaller space. Can I split it into two pieces and if so what needs to be done to it? Can KL do this or provide advice? Thank you

Hi Imogen
Thank you for your question. It does depend on which components you have, but in theory yes, you may be able to remove the arm and components - see links below.
