Sagging couch, even worse customer service – Couch sagging, has been inspected and not repaired in August 2021, customer service don't return calls. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, avoid at all costs.
Purchased in for $6,687.
Thanks Deb. However if it’s Jason or Isabelle I won’t hold my breath, they were meant to call/contact me regarding it for months!
10 years of comfort and elegance – I purchased my Concerto lounge suite from King furniture in January 2011. I’m really happy with it. It’s very comfortable and spacious and shows no sign of ageing. I recently had to have it recovered because the fabric was accidentally sprayed with bleach. The reupholstering process took awhile but I’m very happy with the results. I chose the Positano Ruby fabric which I love. Very expensive but it is stunning and looks like it will wear well. All and all I’m very happy with my Concerto lounge suite.
Purchased in at King Living QLD, Gold Coast for $5,210.
Hi Msquared, Thank you for sharing your great recovering experience for your Concerto sofa. We are so pleased to hear that your Concerto has stood the test of time and now has been rejuvenated with the stunning Positano Ruby fabric from our Italian Collection. We are sure you will enjoy relaxing on your beautiful Concerto suite for many years.
I feel that I have been mislead and taken for a ride! – On the 31st of March 2014 we bought the concerto. My Day of regret. My wife and I walked into King Furniture and we were both excited to buy the lounge of our dreams. The Concerto.. We picked our material with the sales assistant as we wanted something durable and long lasting. Bad idea! Within the first year we notice the material was looking for worn. We called warranty and we sent photos and it was fixed. Pretty good after year, don't you think. Value for money.. Not.
Wow, I thought to myself this was just a year, imagine after a couple of years. Yes the warranty is good for two years but definitely not after that. Its a little bit of a trap. Smart Marketing!!
I understand that I can ring warranties now and speak to someone and say the cushions look saggy and the material looks worn and get a response of I can send someone out for you to check your lounge but it will cost $80 dollars and then say we can fix a percentage rating of how long you have had your lounge. Another great marketing tool. I know I'm having a whing but I don't have that sort of money for them to come out and tell me that I need to pay more money. Its a 7k lounge.. I feel really embarrassed and stupid for listening to the sales person who sold me this. I honestly feel used and I feel like just sending it back.
I may get a computer response with this message saying please contact us to repeat your problem again.
Thank you for hearing me out.
Regards
Kris

Most uncomfortable sofa – We bought a Concerto sofa from King Furniture two and a half years ago. It seemed comfortable in the show room, but I guess you get seduced. It is like sitting on a park bench! It is so hard and uncomfortable and the seat is too deep for me as I am not tall. We had to buy two more cushions for my back but the couch is as hard as a rock. I phoned King Furniture and they were not in the least bit interested. In fact the manager of Annandale said they were having a sale soon, perhaps I would like to buy another one. Never again !
Thank you for your feedback. Please email marketing@kingliving.com.au with your order number and best contact number and a Customer Service representative will give you a call to assist you.
I have spoken to customer service and they are coming out this week to inspect the sofa. We shall see!
Customer Service non existant! A very nice fellow came out to see the sofa and suggested that because we were never given any options for softer cushions in the showroom (as they advertise) he advised that King Furniture supply us with a down overlay on the cushions at their cost. I phoned them today and they are not going to do anything because they say the cushions are not faulty. Well I know that but we were never given any options (as they profess in their ads) and if we had I would have chosen the more comfortable cushions. The memory foam ones that we have are exceptionally hard to sit on. I would never buy another King sofa again. When my children visit they keep telling me how uncomfortable the sofa is.. Never Never Never!
