When highlighting this to Sales staff at King Furniture they stated that this was not usual however they did acknowledge to engage an independent technician to review. This occurred three months later. Interesting my sister also purchased the same product and experienced the same issues. She lives in a completely different State and had her furniture delivered a month later than mine. At this stage King Furniture has not acknowledged the issue or proposed a solution besides "keep the windows open"

Don't waste your money. weekdays. If the productreview portal allows photos I would post it online. I am very disappointed having paid $5000 for a sofa that lasts for 2 months. The quality is really shocking.

no way, the gap is over 5 cm). They will send a technician to the house to take a look in 2 and a half weeks ! In the meantime i have paid in full for a bad looking sofa. We have previously had an issue with a tv unit from King being delivered in unsatisfactory condition (door didn't work, was hung incorrectly) - I think King Furniture need better product checking. King should ensure that the well made products displayed in the showrooms are the same products they deliver to the paying customer - from my experience the customer gets a poorer product and poor customer service.

wouldn't fit. Within one day a measurer came out to assure us they could carry it up the stair well. 13 flights!! A fee was charged, which trust me was worth it! And two terrific delivery guys Graham and Jeremy had it up in under 15 minutes, out of the box and sitting perfectly in our little unit. Quality of the leather and stitching is obvious and I must say all staff were terrific in helping me out of the panic that I wouldn't be able to get it up to our unit! Beautiful leather quality and fabulous stitching and finish. Great staff assistance
