Visited the showroom and they just instructed me to lodge a complaint thru their website. The customer service call centre is offshore and inundated/absolutely hopeless. Beyond anything I could ever imagine. I battled to get a refund — they finally sent someone out and conceded that all components needed replacement (the entire thing!). They promised delivery, it didn't come. The amount of hours I spent explaining and chasing things up was ridiculous. The finally conceded again and acquiesced to give us a full refund. Again, chased them for months to get this actioned (again, you wouldn't believe the saga). For some reason only a partial refund has been actioned, despite sending me a receipt for the whole amount. Just wow. I am currently waiting for the rest of it to be processed - six months since lodging the complaint. I am going to contact Consumer Protection WA to advise what has happened, so nobody ever has to go thru this.

Modern Comfort – At the end of the day..... I really look forward to sit and recline on such a gorgeous comfortable chair!

Super Comfortable – This is our third purchase from King Richmond, we went looking for a sofa for our Theatre room but didn't want a cinema looking couch.. we tried so many different brands and after sitting in the King Cinema.. we were sold and nothing came close.. always brilliant service from the Richmond team..

comfort at the next level – We have had our lounge for a few months now and absolutely love the comfort and ease of use of this recliner. It fits so well in our living space and looks so luxurious and comfortable you just want to lounge all day

Sumptuous sofa – We loved this sofa so much we purchased for 2 rooms. Just so comfortable and relaxing

Recliner – Happy with this, very comfortable. Only thing is the buttons to operate are hit and miss as to whether they work or not. We have reset over and over but still don't work at times.

King Cinema, Amazingly comfortable and looks great – Purchased four King Cinema Premier Recliners in leather with two media consoles The recliners were delivered on time and look as good as they do in the showroom. The leather is very comfortable and easy to clean, the kids love the motorised reclining features, and we are very happy with the purchase.As a bonus we received two side tables, service was amazing.

Wonderfully comfortable – Extremely comfortable and the fabric is robust. Only negative is the recline buttons are sometimes sticky and don’t engage immediately.

Comfort Plus! – I received my recliner about 3 months ago and I have to stay hands down this is the most comfortable sofa I have ever had. The additional side tables are just the right size and the storage in the middle of the two seats is perfect for hiding all the clutter like remotes etc.

Comfortable plus plus – Very happy My husband loves it his back pain has lessened as has his leg pain Extremely comfortable and easy to adjust

Most uncomfortable recliner – This is the most uncomfortable couch we have even sat on. Actually we don’t even sit on it!! We paid so much for it and we don’t even use it. Worst ever!!

love the head and foot rests – Have had the two seater and 2 recliners now for almost 6 mths and apart from a few missing items and a slight tear in one of the arms on delivery, which have all been rectified, we love it. Very comfy and looks lovely. Gets lots of positive comments as well.

So comfortable – Love my king cinema recliner, so comfortable and so many positions to choose from.

Chairs – The chairs are ok, No back Support at all, wouldn't buy them again

Luxury home theatre – Looks very modern And goes well with a very contemporary type of home cinema . The smart technology is Extremely good and advanced And make the recliner extremely easy to use. This all adds to the comfort And luxury.
