Very comfortable. Leg rest can be longer – The sofa is very comfortable. If looking for improvement, I would suggest to make the legrest a bit longer. It seems a bit short. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Auto electric recline and headrest – Had this on order for sometime but it arrived into a newly designed theatre room and its perfect

Very comfy couch disappointed with the table – Received my new King Cloud Recliner three seater last week. Delivery was easy and the delivery staff were very professional. After a week of use we are very happy except the charging table got a charge error that couldn’t be cleared

OK – We bought it a few months ago and are not happy with the plasticky noises we hear when we seat and get up from the lounges. Lately I have noticed that one arm rest is higher than the other and I have not been able to fix it myself, so I will have to go through the shop to get it sorted.

Disappointing – I bought this lounge late 2025, and have found response level to my issues disappointing. The lounge comfort is below expectations, and controllers are very temperamental. note the large lounge appears to be more comfortable.The comfort level in showroom was different to our home experience. Surprised with how expectations have not been met with such a premium product.

Great features! – Its exactly what we wanted, comfortable and stylish.

Still having issues – We are still experiencing intermittent problems with the electronics. Technical support is very slow and average at best.

Wore out #1 cloud now I’m onto #2 and love it – I wore out my first king living cloud after many years.. Now I’ve bought another and love it…it’s business class ever time I recline my tired body down on it for a most relaxing rest

Great functional peice – Bought this a few months ago and it's just lovely - durable, practical and comfortable.

Cloud sofas – I have had my sofas for several months now. They are comfortable. They look luxurious. They all have the ability to recline but as opposed to a chaise the leg recliner is not in your face and taking up room in the living area. In apartments this is particularly important due to limited space. There were many colours and fabric choices to choose from. I would recommend these sofas.

Average – Not as comfortable as the one I sat on in the showroom. Recliner didn't work properly from the start and took over a month to fix. Trying to communicate with King through their AI system was a nightmare. Had to go to the showroom to get something done.

Looks so modern and comfy – We have had our chairs for 6 months now, and we are sop happy with them.

One of my favourite features is the smart reclining control. Being able to simply swipe to my favourite recliner position is fantastic. The movement is smooth, quiet and precise, and having that level of adjustment makes a real difference when you’re watching TV or reading. The design is also beautiful and contemporary, and unlike many recliner sofas it looks elegant rather than bulky. The quality and finish are excellent, and everything feels very well made. Overall, it’s a perfect combination of comfort, technology and design, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, high-quality recliner sofa.
