After waiting three months for our crescent marble coffee table, we were so disappointed and upset to find the quality of the marble is just cheap trash. Within weeks we had so many marks, scratches and stains (even though we always use coasters). We contacted customer service and waited a month for their response "the issue appears to have been caused by an external factor and is therefore not covered under warranty" The issue is their cheap quality marble, if it was of excellent quality it could withstand the smallest of marks. Just like the marble used in our kitchen bench.
