I love my sofa bed. It is a quality piece of furniture.
Delivery was exceedingly quick and customer service beyond what I expected. I love my koala sofa bed as a sofa and as an extra bed, it is so comfy. I was surprised at the quality given it arrived in a box.

The perfect sofa bed
I can’t believe how stylish and comfortable my new Koala sofa bed is. It’s absolutely perfect for my space. I love it. The whole process from ordering to delivery, to assembly was seamless. I ordered on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. It took me only about half an hour to unbox it and put it together with the simple instructions that were provided.

Stupidity comfortable!
We bought this for our guests to sleep on because we have a Koala mattress and we know how good it is! And guess what?! The sofa bed is just as good! We get rave reviews from literally every guest, including our elderly parents (don't tell them we said they're elderly!!)
It's also super comfy to use as a sofa and photograph while I do my crafty balloon things :)

Good sturdy sofa, even big enough for 2 (smaller) people to sit on. Very quick to change into a bed. Sleeps very well with the topper.

Beautiful piece, comfortable and attractive design. Lovely and convenient to use both as a sofa and bed. Super easy to assembel! Plus the organic foam cushioning is wonderful to sleep on.

Not like other sofa beds!
We needed a comfy sofa bed and this is it! We were a little sceptical because sofa beds are notoriously bad for sleeping on but our guests have all commented on how comfy it is and it also works super well in its couch format. Very happy

Great as a bed, terrible as a sofa
Bought for the spare bedroom, so as an extra bed for guests it is great. Really comfortable to sleep on and easy to fold up and down daily. Unfortunately it’s barely tolerable as a sofa to sit on. It’s too deep to sit on straight, and the seat feels like it’s sliding out constantly. Fine to lie down on but anything else is just uncomfortable. Wish we had tried it as a sofa straight away, probably would’ve returned it as it’s only useful as an occasional bed now.

Exceptional Customer Service
I purchased the Cushy Sofa Bed and my visitors were very happy with the comfort of the bed to sleep on however it was larger than expected once in sofa bed mode. It was difficult to close the door due to the length as slightly longer than a normal double bed mattress. The dimensions were on the website however I miscalculated the space. It was also a little low for older members of the family to comfortably get out of the bed. I am very grateful to the Koala team for being so understanding and easy to deal with I've recommended them to a number of friends and colleagues. My boss will be buying a sofa for his holiday house!
10 Star Pickle
Because 5 stars just aren't enough! Bloody love this couch, ssooo comfortable and looks the Ritz. I went the sofa bed option to accommodate stragglers in my flat, the "pickle" is my daughter won't sleep in her own bed anymore, but insists I make up the sofa bed each night!!! Can't say I blame her though, that topper feels like I'm being spooned by a chiseled polar bear - so soft, but firm - bliss ...

Beautiful, versatile and so comfortable!
This Koala Sofa is now a feature piece in our home. My guests love sleeping over on this piece, and remark its comfort. The simple design and soft-coloured fabric compliments the Australian greenery backdrop and it is also easy to clean.

Good couch, comfy bed
The couch is as expected, the material feels nice and it looks good in our study. The fold out bed seems really comfy, as good as a regular koala mattress (which is what we have on our bed). Really pleased to now be able to offer guests a comfortable bed. It's comfy as a couch too

Too firm to sleep on
I purchased this sofa bed for my Airbnb based on its reviews however guests often complain of its firmness saying it’s hard to sleep on.

This sofa bed is all time!
We bought the sofa bed so our guest had somewhere to sleep when staying over. We have tried it out and can honestly say it’s like sleeping on a cloud. Very stoked!! Super easy to fold and unfold. Definitely recommend.

Do fitted sheets work on the Koala Sofa bed?

They sure do! There's enough space at the top of the mattress to tuck a fitted sheet in, just like you would on a normal matty! The mattress is also held in place by velcro, so it's easy to lift up to make sure the sheet's all tucked in, so you or your guests are snug as a bug :)

The Stunner's a little different to our original Sofa Bed and Cushy Sofa Bed, as it's our very first off-the-floor sofa bed so it works a little differently.
While our other sofa beds fold out and come in different sized sofas and mattresses, this one pulls out so the sleeping area is raised, making it a great little number for when you need extra beds in tight spaces, but is currently only available in a double mattress size.

No, it’s a double bed. The 3 seater is a queen. It tells you on the website.

Hi, I am looking at purchasing this Koala Sofa Bed. Can anyone please tell me what its like to sit on? Do you sink down in it too much? Also, does the couch sink in the sitting spots after a while of use & does the fabric become a bit loose & ripple a bit? I have noticed this in a couple of photos so just want to check before purchasing. Thanks.

Great questions - thanks for asking!
Some find the sofa bed firm to sit on initially, but the foam does soften up over time and with regular use. The foam is sturdy enough that it shouldn't sink where you sit, and while a the fabric can loosen a little (which is quite natural as it's used more and more), it shouldn't loosen so much that it looks rippled.
