Splinter-like feathers is very annoying – Bought my lounge in circa Aug-19 from the Castle Hill store and 6mths later, I’m still finding the quills continue to work its way through the fabric, pokes you like (multiple) splinters. Having outlaid circa 7K, I feel this is a product weakness King Living should have already addressed - if feather pillows don’t poke you when you sleep, why does my expensive lounge poke me when I sit on it?!
From my experience, the sales staff do a brilliant job at deflecting less than favourable feedback and concerns from reviewers. I do wish that I paid more attention to the overall weight of concerns by reviewers. This feather issue is not new.
Simply put, King has good-looking lounges but you don’t get a comfortable lounge that you expect. What’s the point of steel frames when you sit on the lounge and get poked by little splinter-like feathers. You end-up concluding that you are not “comfortable” with your $7,000.00 decision and there are regrets for sure.

Great lounge, only one big downside – Very comfortable and great for cuddling up and watching movies. Does have one unexpected downside. The feather stuffing does work its way through the fabric and leaves small sharp quills that poke you. Have own lounge for 3mths Hoping this settles down soon

The Best thing that happened to our Media Room! – Media rooms are meant for lazing around and the Felix is the perfect piece of furniture for this room. The whole family is enjoying it and the quality is premium. The sales team and especially the delivery team were the best.
