Terrible, avoid at all costs – BEWARE* This place sells dodgy products. They also have a terrible returns policy and post sales service team. I purchased some rubber gym mats and a weights bench. side to side as well as on its end with any weight applied to the head end of the bench. Can guarantee it does not meet Australian safety standards. I've asked for a refund and been told they'll take it back, try and sell it and give me a portion of what they can resell it for lol. Apparently they also don't understand how consumer law works. They are about to find out. Would never purchase from these people again. Other good businesses to buy from, avoid these muppets. They advised me if I want to use heavy weights I should purchase their premium bench lol.

NEVER AGAIN – The rack I purchased was supposed to be brand new. Was contacted about some rust and given $80 credit if willing to proceed. missing bolts and missing wheels for the pulley system. When King Kong sent the replacement wheels, they were the wrong ones. It's been over 2 months since the item arrived and I'm still waiting on missing pieces. Would NEVER purchase from this company again. The customer service, product and communication has been awful!
Great value for price point. slow delivery times but when I queried they offered a refund or said I could pick up whenever I wanted so I picked it up in the next few days, delivery times is a problem with everyone I think, I ran into with the same thing with gym and fitness.com aswell. ordered in November expected delivery is march cant pick up as they are based in Queensland lol
Disgusting customer service – Ordered equipment in October, still to this day have not received good, sent emails with no response each month. Items were in stock and no communication or effort was made to respond or contact myself. Awaiting a full refund. No doubt this will have to proceed to consumer affairs. shipped early September so I thought that was reasonable.
I received the bench and rubber flooring late September to only find out the bench was damaged/faulty and missing screws and is bent and does not adjust which I immediately notified KingKong with photos and they asked me to try and fix it myself and to stand on it and try and straighten it and after multiple messages and calls they finally agreed to send me a new one...
Well it’s the 9th November today and I am still yet to receive a new bench and I still have the faulty one sitting in my garage, unable to be used. Their excuse was it’s too heavy to be shipped (which is a lie as I’ve ordered heavier gym equipment in the last few weeks and it’s been delivered just fine) and they are trying to find a new courier company to deliver it... and it’s apparently sitting in the warehouse waiting to be shipped for the past for over 1.5 months. Just unbelievable the amount of lie they promise and don’t deliver on any of it and clearly the customer means nothing to them.
It doesn’t end there. I received my power rack on the 14th October only to find out the lat pulley system was not with it and apparently it was in another container waiting to be unpacked? I also received the weight plate horns which are also faulty, they are bent and when you try and put weight plates on it they just fall off. The quality of this equipment is just laughable. I am still waiting on a refund for these faulty weight plate horns...
I have been waiting on my barbell for over 12 weeks and I have been promised many times that it would be delivered this week, many weeks ago. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.
I will NEVER buy from KingKong fitness, I will NEVER recommend KingKong fitness to anyone ever. It is by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with. Just over promised and hasn’t delivered on their word at all.
I understand there has been delays with Covid but this does not cut it. They have never reached out to me to explain that there are delays or when things have been shipped. I have had to chase them up every step of the way and have sent well over 100 messages and I am still waiting on parts of my order.
I am going to file a complaint with the ACCC because this is not acceptable to keep taking peoples money and not providing the equipment.
My order number is 4402 so this can’t be classed as a “fake” review.

third attempt. I was told it would be delivered this week and it has not. It now indicates on their website this item is also pre order. (I have my doubts that it was ever in stock) I have emailed them again twice and received no response. I have called them twice and they are not answering the phone. It appears that they are prepared to take your money and then just let you sit without keeping you updated or being open and honest with you. I am hopeful at this stage, however this is not going very well to date. Hopefully I can report a successful outcome but I am not confident.
UPDATE: Apparently they are having transport issues. Understandable at this time. I shall reassess this review again hopefully if all works out
Great Customer Service – Although I didn't recieve any of my items, I just wanted to make a review because their team was very responsive and helpful. I had to cancel my order as it kept getting delayed and I needed it quite soon, however it was obviously due to the unfortunate COVID circumstances. great and got my rack/bench/dumbbells/plates surprisingly fast considering COVID. The quality is fantastic considering the affordable price, I've been in gyms with worse plates / racks. One tiny little negative, do yourself a favour and get yourself a proper socket wrench set, not too sure if you can actually build the rack with the two little tools they provide. They've definitely turned my home gym dream into reality at an affordable price!

position all exercises can be accomplished and as a home gym bench it cannot be beaten. KingKong fitness sales team were great to deal with, very prompt with comms and when there was a small issue at delivery they were there quickly to sort the problem.
