The dashcam that was sent to me was faulty. I sent it back and I was refunded imnediarely but it still cost me $11.50 to return the dashcam. I have since unsubscribed Kleva on my Facebook page.
Follow-up · The return shipping wasn't covered. The dashcam never worked past the homescreen. I've dropped the idea of getting another dashcam.

My order was received when expected and in good condition. So, I have not got it installed due to a faulty socket in the car, which is now repaired. The rear-view unit will require installation by an expert. Show details
Follow-up · Although I received this product as expected, installation has proved impossible. Although I press the menu button, I cannot proceed beyond the date setting. The front camera is NOT working! What am I doing wrong???
Follow-up · As advised, I have not been able to get the front facing camera working. When I press the menu button, it only gives, Language, then date, THEN nothing!!!! What am I doing wrong?

Bought this thinking it would be hard wired but it’s not so there are a lot of messy cords An that’s only with the front camera in use Says keep formatting SD card Not suitable for My car with the power port location Show details

The product is of high quality with amazing definition. However, I couldn’t deal with hanging cords and had no way to tuck it away neatly. The dashcam works really well. Very happy with purchase, however the phone app for the dashcam sadly , is not so good and very unreliable. Overall, I would have to give this camera a rating of 2 out of 5, due to the fact that the phone app is the real gimmick selling this camera. Update the phone app and I will be happy to review this dashcam again at a later date. Hope this helps anyone interested in this dashcam. Show details · 1
Easy install but it seems the cameras are unable to detach from the mount. this is a pain because if the car is somewhere in the sun, it's going to get extremely hot and damage it. The sun here in Sydney Australia is brutal. For the money I paid, I would have expected to be able to detach it like others can do. Show details

I was very underwhelmed when it arrived, after watching the advertisement on the morning show. Never buy from item advertised there again. It’s now in my car, I’m not impressed with the quality of the product, my next camcorder will not be one from Kleva. Show details

The dash cam appears to be a good product but I can not work out how to install and hide cords under car interiors etc. I will have to pay someone to install for me. Hence I haven't used it yet.
