Unfortunately it was not what the receiver wanted. Brought as a gift. So returned for a money back refund. The process for return was easy and refund back in my account. The product itself was great no complaints I just brought the wrong one for my husband. Best leave it to him in the future to choose his own gifts. Show reply

Follow-up · We had a problem with the memory card after change it the camera started recording again.the only negative is that if there is no WIFI connection the saved recording can not be seen. It means if you are in a collision the accident can not be shown at that moment.

Follow-up · Night vision is good it's very clear and the left and right camera is very helpful especially when turning left and right you can see very clearly if anyone is coming up beside you before you turn.
My order was received when expected and in good condition. So, I have not got it installed due to a faulty socket in the car, which is now repaired. The rear-view unit will require installation by an expert. Show details
Follow-up · Although I received this product as expected, installation has proved impossible. Although I press the menu button, I cannot proceed beyond the date setting. The front camera is NOT working! What am I doing wrong???
Follow-up · As advised, I have not been able to get the front facing camera working. When I press the menu button, it only gives, Language, then date, THEN nothing!!!! What am I doing wrong?

The product is of high quality with amazing definition. However, I couldn’t deal with hanging cords and had no way to tuck it away neatly. The dashcam that was sent to me was faulty. I sent it back and I was refunded imnediarely but it still cost me $11.50 to return the dashcam. I have since unsubscribed Kleva on my Facebook page.
Follow-up · The return shipping wasn't covered. The dashcam never worked past the homescreen. I've dropped the idea of getting another dashcam.

The dashcam works really well. Very happy with purchase, however the phone app for the dashcam sadly , is not so good and very unreliable. Overall, I would have to give this camera a rating of 2 out of 5, due to the fact that the phone app is the real gimmick selling this camera. Easy install but it seems the cameras are unable to detach from the mount. this is a pain because if the car is somewhere in the sun, it's going to get extremely hot and damage it. The sun here in Sydney Australia is brutal. For the money I paid, I would have expected to be able to detach it like others can do. Show details

The dash cam appears to be a good product but I can not work out how to install and hide cords under car interiors etc. I will have to pay someone to install for me. Hence I haven't used it yet.
