Kleva Vac Seal & Save

I bought this a few weeks back but only tried to use it today. It made a noise like a lawn mower, didn't heat up or seal, just a bit of rubbish. It's not worth following up and I shouldn't have to. My time is precious. Just wasted three minutes writing this. Grrrrr! Show details

The vacuum bags have occassionally not sealed - it appears to be random but quite the nuisance. Customer service is great but l would not recommend this to anyone who uses vacuuming food often. I grow my own organic vegetables and require a 100 percent reliable item. I have considered using other bags but thats not supposed to be the outcome. Show details

Long delivery – Took weeks to arrive!!! Explanation was that they were moving warehouses...The video ad showed a bag cutter which would have been very useful...but wasn't included in the deal..

Kleva® Vac Seal & Save Food Saver Vacuum Sealer + FREE Sealer Bags Rolls – I absolutely love this product. I have an Avacado & chicken roll once a week, now I can keep it fresh for next week. Disappointed – It worked perfectly with initial bags...vacuumed and sealed without a problem. However when we made our own bags from the roll, it would seal the bottom but when we put our meat in the bag and tried to vacuum and seal the top, the machine would just keep running and suck most of the air out but wouldn't seal no matter what we tried. Very disappointed!!

Seals less than 1/2 the time – Not happy with the function of this unit. It is very tempremental and 1/2 the time doesn't seal. We have checked and followed the instruction precisely and wasterd quite a bit of the plastic roll on those that are not sealing properly. back in (yes, we are keeping the unit wiht the cardboard "v' that is mean to prevent damage to these seals). We are trying to get this resolved so will update if this happens but we have to take a video of what we are doing to send in to their customer service. On the plus side, the delivery and tracking was good and it arrived when it said it would with all the parts and it does look good on the bench

Hit and miss – Can’t get it to work properly. It’s a bit of Hit and miss

Unhappy – Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced 1month to deliver and product has defective rubber seal can’t use

Vac Seal that doesnt seal! – doesnt seal on vacuum setting. Ok if you just want to seal but forget about vacuuming any air out. Complete waste of time

Disappointing! – We are disappointed. The machine is hit and miss. Only seals sometimes. Lots of bag wastage.

Unhappy with Kleva Vacuum Seal. The bags seemed OK though – It did not work and cost some $22 to resend it back by mail, which was not recoverable.
