Waste of money – I purchased this product on May24, 2024 and it worked perfectly with the bags provided but when I used the roll of bags, it seemed to seal the bag ok but wouldn't vacuum and seal the top of the bag. Very disappointing!! Invoice #KR959370. Photo attached. Cathy Johnson

Thank you for replying to my review, but as you have sold me a faulty product, I am looking at receiving a full refund of the monies I have paid, ie $129.90.
Vac Seal & Save Bags – not having had the experience of using a Vac Seal & Save Bags before my recent purchase I can now see the advantage of being able to save food reducing the waste,
