I am an Australian with an Australian drivers licence. I want to hire a car in Sardinia. I was looking at your conditions and want to make sure I understand correctly. I have to somehow get my Australian drivers licence translated into Italian by some Italian transport authority? I have never seen such a requirement before. I will obviously have a passport as well.

My question is about Car hire in the UK, I have booked and paid for car hire for 2 months through Klook, just to travel around the UK only. Just read what is required Passport, Drivers License, all OK. Can also supply a Doctors Medical Certificate to drive.
Age is the question it says 70, but I'm 73 is this an issue. I have already planned accommodation and to visit Family. Please advise.

Hello, I cannot find your contact number or email address. I paid $621.25 a few weeks ago to Klook Travel Melbourne for a car hire booking but I cannot find the confirmation email. I also cannot log into my account because it does not recognise my email or send me a phone verification number. I dont have any booking number or details. I only have my credit card statement showing that you charged me. How can I call you or can you please contact me?

I made a booking (and paid..) for a car that's supposed to be supplied by Enterprise Rent A Car. Problem is they've never heard of such a booking, never heard of my name, and don't recognise your confirmation number.
Also, you don't provide any phone number I can call, your online chat systematically returns an error, and you're not answering my requests for help posted on your online form.
Are you a real company or is this all just a scam?

I have booked car hire via your website which i need to cancel due to change of travel dates.
I have called Launceston Airport and cancelled booking directly with 3rd party, however to get a refund i will need confirmation directly from klook. i have tried to cancel on your website unable to cancel as booking is showing as not confirmed yet. could i ask if this could be cancelled as soon as possible. your website shows if not cancelled by 5th July which is tomorrow there will be a fee payable.

Hi there, I booked a 7S car via your platform and found out that the confirmation didn't mention anything about a 7S! I contacted the rental company directly via the contact details provided in my booking confirmation and was advised that they didn't have availability of a 7S for the dates I had selected and they couldn't assist me further as the booking was done via a third party. I have since successfully cancelled the booking but not sure how long it takes for the refund to be processed and the money to be back in my account as I would like to make a new booking with a different car rental company!
