Not adjustable – I bought these weights that have a combined weight of 4kg (8 X .5kg). My Physio suggested a starting weight of 1-2kg. I thought great…I can work on increasing the weight. Perfect For Me – My right arm is weak with a benign tremor to the point it was interfering with my ability to function properly. I bought the weights in the hope it would slow the tremor down and build my arm up a bit. They work perfectly and with the Velcro are easy to get on and off,well worth the money. Makes eating my dinner easy and I can now flip an egg without it ending up on the ceiling. There are ways and means around everything.
