Waste of money. I have had to adjust the toaster dial every time I've used it to more time and I now have the toaster on the maximum setting and it only produces "ghost toast" barely toasted bread. Forget toasting a crumpet or muffin, unless you repeatedly toast it. It is cheap looking and not worth the $29. I reckon their $7 toaster would do a better job.
