I bought this case two years ago and I was very happy with my purchase. When I purchased it I looked at the reviews on Kmart and it had 5 stars from 11 reviews so I thought it must be ok and it was only $79 . I have only used the bag for three trips and it has been looked after. I just pulled it out of the cupboad to pack for a trip (luckily I did not leave my packing to the night before) and the zip for the main compartment had pulled away - see photos. Then I discovered it only had a 12 month warranty. I tried to leave a review but I couldn't add a review so the perfect score of 5 remains untarnished. I am about to purchase a replacement bag for sale at Strandbags for $162 from a reputable brand with a 10 year warranty.
