Kmart Anko Ankle Weights 1kg

These are brilliant – I bought anko ankle weights from K Mart and they are brilliant. I have arthritic knees,I strap on the ankle weights securing them with the velcro strap.Basically I wear them when I am home doing whatever…already noticing I am walking easier. They are $8 for a one kilo set making them totally affordable. The weight is evenly distributed making them quite comfortable to wear. The two kilo set are $11.
