Why don't the castor wheels screw or lock into the legs? This is a defect. I wouldn't be able to lift the rack without the wheels dropping off

Hi there, how do you collapse this airer?
There's a little grey ring on one of the legs. You have to lift it up because it locks the legs in place, and then you can collapse it (the legs fold up, and then in).

There are no instructions with my airer who do I release the drop down arm to create more continuoos drying space, I'm stumped
There’s a little red button. Press that in and you can pull the inner grey end part out by pushing it downward and the outer grey end will extend out more.
