Purchased your electric frypan approximately 2months ago. I have done everything right according to the manual but yesterday it completely stopped mid cooking. Advice please.
There is a fault with this frypan. It should be withdrawn from sale. Hopefully you have kept your receipt so you can receive a refund.
I have submitted a review about my dissatisfaction with the electric frypan. I have used it twice. Will kmart refund my purchase money if it has been used?
I’m guessing you don’t have a receipt or box? There should be a warranty of one year so unless you can prove you purchased it in that period, it doesn’t look good. I’d try the squeaky wheel approach. Shout loud enough and they will listen.
Hi Marilyn, thanks for reaching out! Based on your review, we'd recommend returning your electric frypan to your nearest Kmart store alongside a proof of purchase (such as a receipt or bank statement), as our instore team will best be able to assist with assessing the frypan and any refunds.
Why does it come with lid if the manual says not to use one?
