My computer is,stuck on stop. I have tried removing the battery. In hope it would rest. Only had this 3 weeks. Still using but can't see how many Cals or how much used. Please help

Thanks for getting back to me. My husband has fixed it. The sender in the computer had come away. He has re glued it in place now works like a dream.
