Waste of money – Didn’t last a day. Set it up over my son’s kiddy pool to keep him out of the sun. Plastic joiners broke at the first sign of a gust of wind. Flimsy and cheap main frame. One of the poles were wrong. Got 3 of one and 5 of another as well. Made do with it. Tied all the supports down but after setting up and giving it a little test nudge I didn’t have high hopes for the product. Wouldn’t waste your money on it folks.

Won’t last – I brought this item about 2 weeks ago for some extra shade in my backyard, had some heavy wind and the white tubular connections have snapped rendering this product totally useless, did not keep the receipt as I thought it would last and now I can’t return this product to store. Will not buy again will now buy one with a bit more money that will withstand some wind.

Flimsy and hard to put up – This was the last product available in stock at my local Kmart. I took a chance on it, but the $59 price tag should have raised some flags. The materials are flimsy and won't last long outside in the wind or rain. Tubular pieces need to be put together (lots of them) and you then need at least 2 people to put it up. The material is a white polypropylene, which will provide some cover, but even with the pegs and guy ropes in place, it looked like it would collapse in a strong breeze or gust of wind. Powder-coated tubing is not very robust and looks like it cannot provide enough support. The connecting brackets are made of some type of nylon or plastic. While it did last the day, I did get one day's use out of it, so for $59, I doubt I could have hired something to do the same job. I've decided to donate it to a local sports group as the packaging clearly states that if you break the security seal, you cannot return it unless it has a fault.
