Absolute rubbish, bought one 2 months ago and the vacuum function failed, took it back today for replacement then came home and tested the brand new one and again the vacuum doesn't work, bit of a pain when you live in the country and have to drive miles to replace, I'll be taking this one back again and getting a full refund this time, don't waste your money on this cheap rubbish folks, highly not recommending this product
Took it back for a refund after about a month as it only worked for a few weeks, then it would make a lot of loud noise but never finish the vacuuming process. The seal function still worked, but not much point as the air wasn't vacuumed out first.
Broke after 3 years of average use. Not impressed given the level of use. Show details

Vacuum Food Sealer NO GOOD – If you have all day to muck around and waist your precious time this is the machine. Purchased for my Mum and we had to try 36 times to get one bag seal. IN LOVE!!!! – Absolutely love this machine! For those saying it goes to sleep or 'stops working,' they just arent using it right i bet... If it goes to sleep, you just hold down on the screen. useful, because you get an extra-tight seal if you want. I couldn’t be happier with it! I'd definetly reccomend buying more bags though if your sealing alot.
Lasted for 6 uses only – Purchased this just over 12 months ago and it only lasted for 6 uses. It has stopped working and I can’t find my receipt to try to return it. Warranty is for 12 months but I expected more use out of it than this. Show details

Don't waste money on this useless item – This machine is absolutely useless. It doesn't vacuum half the time and when it does, it only does 2-3 seals/ vacuums before the machine goes into "sleep" mode for 10 mins! I had to seal a number of items and it took me 3-4 hours just to do 10 packs between the "rests" and failed vacuums etc. Sometimes, the seal is too hot and melts the plastic. … Read more
The only good thing about this machine it that there is storage space inside the machine to put the plastic rolls in so that the cuts are clean / straight.
I immediately returned it to Kmart for a refund after 3 days.

Love this little gadget – Works really well to vacuum seal food, I also used to it vacuum seal some small fabric items so they could fit as a large letter in the post rather than a parcel. The instructions stated to lock the lid once the bag was in place but didn't explain how to do so, I ended up finding out via a YouTube video that you simply push down on the lid (not too hard) until it clicks. Definitely recommend this. Show details
Poor quality – I’ve had to discard two of these because the vacuum pump fails after two or three sessions. Plus. After 10 seals it stops for 10 minutes to reheat. Makes for a slow job. Show details
