Unusable - missing parts! – I was really excited to unbox my new koala couch! Delivery was painless and efficient, and I love the colour (cream). Unfortunately, I discovered upon trying to assemble my new couch that the very screws that would secure it were missing. (And yes, I checked all the compartments to no avail). Now it probably wouldn’t be so much of a problem were it not for Koala’s abysmal customer service. I say abysmal because it’s practically non-existent. My calls go to generic hold music, my emails unanswered and the “instant chat” facility is useless. $1,299 + $350 (for shipping) is a lot of money to pay for a couch that remains in pieces on my living room floor.

Amazing! – - so quick to deliver (same day is even an option!) unlike many furniture stores that will keep you waiting for weeks or months - what a great idea for it to come in parts, it made it so easy to get it all into my apartment (limited moving in space) and the delivery drivers were helpful in taking it up the stairs to my apartment door - very easy to put together (and I am useless at DIY!) - no tools needed! - very comfortable and looks great, feels like very good quality but time will tell how it wears - reasonable price - I am a very happy customer and after a friend saw it they also bought one!

Sarah (Customer Engagement): Greatest Customer Service Of All Time – I spoke to Sarah this morning who was an absolute delight to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure I got my couch on the day I needed it (she succeeded in getting my couch to me within 4 hours). She was extremely friendly and it was a joy to speak with such an enthusiastic young lady on a Friday morning. We need more people like Sarah!
