I recommend this product hands down especially for an online purchase. Delivery was super fast and arrived earlier than I expected. The lounge is really comfortable and perfect for our home.

this sofa is like getting a cuddle from a mother you've never managed to disappoint. You'll never let this sofa down by sleeping in 'til noon and texting it late on its birthday. It'll still let you curl up, get cosy, and maybe even nap while it holds you safely in its strong, loving sofa arms. It won't even judge you for your mummy issues.

It's also Ginormous. You could easily fit three adults, two toddlers, two cats, and two lap-loving dogs on this thing. It has depth, so you can lift your feet up and curl up (even without the chaise), yet it doesn't *look* like it takes up a lot of room. The fabric is soft, and while it looks like it may pill eventually, I think it'd be pretty easy to keep well-maintained.

I know this review is just for the sofa, but it's also worth mentioning that I had to contact the Koala support team when box 6 of 7 arrived but the other boxes didn't show up. The Koala team were friendly, helpful and followed up to make sure I got everything I needed, no matter how much my inner Karen threatened to come out.

... Sorry about that.

Heads up:

#1: The photos on the site show the Modern 3-Seater Sofa & Corner with an ottoman as well, which can make it a little confusing as you think it has a bit more chasey length. It doesn't come with the ottoman. It's still awesome. But if you have the cash - and the space -, get the ottoman too. You won't regret it. As soon as I've saved up again, I'm adopting the ottoman and calling it daddy. Too far?

#2: The colour. Alright, so, I wanted a cream sofa. And I thought "hawky" looked creamy/beige in the pics. It's not cream. It's like a light shade of grey. But, I think the sofa has a mind of my own, because hawky looks better than a cream sofa would anyway, so I wasn't too mad. It's like being accidentally checked into business class instead of economy. It's a mistake, for sure, but are you really going to complain about it? Nah. Also, the hawky colour is going to stand up better to the challenges of my doggos. It seems pretty Teflon-like when it comes to stains. In saying that, I'm still probably going to scotch-guard it, just to be safe.

#3: Assembly. It took us around two hours to assemble the sofa. Admittedly, there were snack breaks, but don't let the cute two-minute video fool you into thinking it'll take you two minutes. It won't. And when I say "us", yeah, I totally mean that this is a Project Manager and Assembler job, with the Project Manager unhelpfully helping guiding the cha-clonking of the slots into place. That was pretty frustrating. Also a little amusing. The Project Manager should also offer morale support, and cheer loudly when they discover sea turtles hidden in the depths of the sofa. We named ours Raphael and Leonardo.

Overall, an awesome experience! I'd happily purchase products from Koala again.
