I've had my machine for a while now but today got an Err 09 – What can I do about this? I was able to at least do a spin to finish off the load.
Cannot recommend due to customer service experience – Machine leaked badly from day one. Notified Kogan to fix repairer called and was a no show. Asked Kogan for a refund said they would pick up machine. Transport company was a no show. 16 emails and 1 month later I still have a non-functional machine sitting in my laundry waiting for collection and I am over $800 out of pocket and unable to buy a replacement until it's collected and assessed. The most unpleasant buying experience ever.

Half does each job – Ive honestly never written a review for anything in my life before, but this washer/"dryer" has made me need to stop anyone from wasting their money. Had this unit for over a year, nothing but dramas. At the end of almost every wash, there's like 2 cups of water left in the tray where you put the laundry powder and fabric softener, which as soon as you take the tray out, splashes all over the floor. It does seem to wash everything properly though. The "dryer" setting on the other hand is where this piece of garbage really takes the piss. Unless you set the time on the dryer to like 4.5hrs (yes 4 and a half hours) it seems to leave every load damp. And before anyone try's to say I'm putting too much in... I've tried everything possible, small loads, tiny loads, different materials. It's a horrible dryer and I wouldn't waste my money on it again
Don't know how I lived without this machine! – I recently bought this washer dryer combo and I am so happy with it! I love the fact that I can put my laundry in it for a couple hours and it comes out clean and dry. The space saving is great as we don't have space for a separate dryer. It took a few times to test the drying cycles, but now that I have tested it out it works like a charm.

great washer machine – I bought this washer/dryer under hesitation in September this year from AOL for $599 ,as there wasn't any reviews on it at all. But the price was very comparable to other washers on offer. And after careful consideration i took the plunge. In all iam more than happy with this washer/dryer combo. it does a great job in washing and it is a very quite machine,although i did a recommended 6kg wash and dry and it took around 2hrs to dry, mind you i may have had it set on a low speed spin too, but i was happy with the end result. Overall iam very happy with this product.
