Really crap item – I purchased the laptop 2months ago, delivery took 16 days, the computer won't even turn on, tried calling kogan only to hear a bunch of pre recorded advertising, they have no actual centre for customer support and there email service will get you no replies, stay away at all cost and pay the extra at JB hi-fi.

Purchased in for $399.

Worst Laptop by far!!!! – This laptop is by the far the worst I've ever owned. Had it for about 2 months before I purchased an ACER because of all the issues. Only a short time after buying it both USB2.0 & 3.0 ports stopped working. The manual states the SDHC has capacity up to 128GB but, using that size I lost data off 2 cards when the system rejected them, I switched down to 32GB before it was safe to retain data. I'll NEVER purchase another Lappy/PC from Kogan EVER.

Purchased in for $523.99.

Very poor quality - AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! – I bought this laptop thinking it was a good deal but how wrong could I be! Far from being value for money it broke in less than 12 months. Despite only using it lightly (a few times a week at most) and taking very good care of it (padded carry bag; never eating or drinking near it) it failed mechanically (keyboard issues). I have bought a couple of Kogan branded electrical goods in the last few years and am sad to say with experience now that Kogan sell cheap and nasty goods. I would never buy these sorts of products from them again, particularly after my current problem where they have offered very poor after sales service. I would avoid purchasing anything Kogan branded and if you do make the mistake, do not expect any quality of after sales service like other online retailers provide. Unfortunately Kogan have proven themselves to be greedy thugs. Watch them grow but at our cost.
