So everyone raved about this! So cheap, real good buy, etc., etc. Well, no. Useless Pad and pointer control, especially for scrolling. Slow and really how quickly does this batter go down! I am not professional when it comes to typing and general computer magic, but even I, with my limited knowledge and ability find this a piece of junk! Oh, and who the hell puts the backspace button right next to the power off button???? Do not buy.

Laptop appears to be value for money. Kogan you really messed up by delivering a TOASTER in place of the Laptop. It took you a month to sort and deliver the correct product. Very disappointed with service on this occasion.

Purchased in at Kogan.com.

Can't Run Windows 11 – The Celeron N4020 processor has only 2 cores and is designed for those little micro computers running Android. Kogan have transplanted it into a full-sized laptop, and it simply cannot cope. Because everything is embedded onto a micro motherboard, it has slow eMMC storage, and neither the RAM nor the storage can be upgraded. This would probably be ok as a "Chromebook" but they have sold it with Windows 11. Theoretically you can run Win11 on 4Gb. But in practice, by the time you allow for all the bloatware and updaters, it's nowhere near enough. With nothing running, there is less than 1Gb available, and even something as simple as opening a webpage causes it to grind to a halt.

I wasn't expecting a gaming laptop, or even a decent work laptop, but I did expect to at least be able to read my emails.

The only thing slower that this computer, is Kogan's 14-day return policy. It's been 2 days, and I'm still waiting for them to even reply.
