No help and long wait times – My nephew brought this TV 10 months ago before no picture on screen, did the reset thing and it flashed then back to black screen, reset it again no response black screen, shined a light on the screen you can see the picture so that means lcd problem, no lights due to a blown lcd or failed board, I say failed component as it flashed first round of resets, he contacted Kogan first response was to send a clips or video, he did so been 2 weeks waiting for response, still nothing so he had just giving up with Kogan and went out and brought a new Television from Good Guys, I suggest people to buy local the service Kogan give is next to nothing, don't end up a victim like my nephew, they don't respond or want to deal with returns or replacements, they hope you do what my nephew did is to give up and buy another TV. Stay away from buying online deal with someone local so any issues arise you can take it back, like I said the service on Kogan is one way, quick to send out what you buy but comes to returns or warranty the worst in the business.

They contacted him and said we will refund or credit the amount as they viewed the footage provided and say it's a fault in the system and when he responded just refund me after providing details as requested by them, as he now brought a new one the next message was, please send it back, talk about a bunch of hypocrites saying one thing and now saying send it back when they offered a refund or credit. One issue has not got the box it came in to post back, 2nd who pays and picks it up, the wait time for any claim is a joke, going without a TV for so long now I understand why he could not be bothered waiting all it be months before anything from Kogan, the other comments on this issue ant wrong for a big company like Kogan they sure are the worse to deal with. The TV is stuffed they said what's the point of sending it back, why does not Kogan have a system to organize someone to pick up? You can't send a 50" tv without a box or protection.

Excellent quality TV with a brilliant picture and the innovative Google TV system built in, for an incredibly low price! – I am extremely satisfied with this TV and can confidently say that its quality matches that of much more expensive brands I've owned in the past. Starting with the build, right out of the box, it looked as sleek as the more expensive brands. I could tell it had a solid and high-quality frame, and I only had to attach the feet before I could turn it on and start the setup process. The setup was easy and intuitive, thanks to the Google TV system. As a long-time Android/Google user, I have a lot of experience using the platform (I have owned Android smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, and more since the earliest version of Android), but this was my first experience using the Google TV system. I can now confidently say that it's far better than any other smart TV system I have used (WebOS, Roku, Tizen, and Android). For other Android/Google users, I can't recommend it enough. Setting it up is quick and easy using the Google Home app on your smartphone (you can do it manually, but using Google Home makes it a breeze). After that, you can use Google Home on any device signed into the same account as a remote and more.

From the moment I turned it on, the picture quality was stunning, with the built-in HDR and Dolby Vision enhancing the high quality of the picture. After signing in and taking a few basic steps to personalize the Google TV system, including downloading any apps from the Play Store that I wanted, the TV was ready to go. The Home screen is fantastic, with easy-to-use menus that are all personalized to my preferences and every app located in one section.

The built-in sound exceeded my expectations, being both loud and clear, and even providing virtual surround sound, thanks to the Dolby Atmos included. I tested it by playing music from YouTube, Deezer, and SoundCloud, and it sounded terrific. There was no distortion, and it was louder than any other TV I have heard. I also discovered that it has a built-in tuner that allows you to watch all free-to-air TV channels via Freeview, which I could stream over the internet. I prefer to stream movies and TV and I watch a lot of movies on DVD and Blu-ray, so it was easy to connect my player via one of the four high-speed HDMI ports, which include an eARC and ARC connection. It also has three USB ports to play files or record, plus optical connectivity and various audio connections for surround sound, external speakers, and headphones. The remote is excellent, with buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, and more that all light up when you press anything, which is handy at night. Bluetooth connects the remote, so you don't need to point it directly at the TV for it to work. You can also use your smartphone or any device with Google Home as a remote or even use voice commands to do most things if you use Google Assistant. You can also enable the 144Hz refresh rate if gaming systems are connected. I am not a gamer, so the refresh rates are great for movies and TV. The Wifi connectivity is excellent; it works on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, so it will have a great connection on any internet setup. It has an Ethernet connection, and you can easily connect your computer to the TV.

The built-in Chromecast makes it easy to stream anything from a device, and it displays every video, audio, and image format that is commonly used. It has 16GB of built-in memory, so you won't run out of space for apps, 2GB of RAM, and a high-quality CPU and GPU to ensure it operates smoothly all the time. The 4K QLED picture can be fine-tuned even more to your preferences via the easy-to-use menu so you can make it look exactly how you prefer, but the image quality is amazingly clear, sharp, and realistic, straight out of the box. The only adjustments I have made are switching between vivid and dynamic and turning HDR on and off, depending on what I watch. It is an excellent and intuitive TV that is just as good as any expensive brand but at around a quarter of the cost for a unit with this image and these features. I honestly can't recommend it enough, and I am already looking at getting the same model with a larger 85" screen for the living room, as this is my bedroom TV. By far the best TV I have seen from Kogan, and if you want a high-quality TV for a low cost in any display size, I recommend checking this model out.
