customer care dept, but once they had recognised the problem, they were fantastic. The 77" X98J is a vivid tv set, just stunning colour and contrast and fairly easy to navigate once your logged in. It is an ai set although we are learning each other's habits currently, so it isn't quite working for me yet, but can see a light at the end of the tunnel. All in all it certainly a great top end tv for the price.

Google TV inadequate – Very disappointed to discover that you can only pair to one headphone set with Google Smart TVs as opposed to our 8 year old Sony which could pair more than just one. Need the headphones because of hearing problems and bad acoustics of some movies.

Save up and just buy a LG oled tv brand – I will never support kogan ever again, it tries too hard to save money and cares about profit instead of caring about the customer They prefer to say to the consumer "here, take the product, once you have it its not longer our responsibility" instead of trying to give the customer a good experience by making everything easy to set up once you get… Read more

From something simple like bagging the tv from the bottom so you can't just slip it off from the top, to too much fiddling around, eg they should pre-install the stand, do you know how heavy this thing is? but no, the goal is to save room and thus money they want you to fiddle around with it for ages, this is a MUST, two person job, its heavy, and you must screw around and lay it down JUST to install the stand increasing chances of damaging the tv, why? why not make it as SIMPLE as possible, remember these things go on cabinets not on the ground, so there's lifting to do, LG oled tvs have a small stand and they are PRE-INSTALLED

oh and the stand needs to be screwed from the BOTTOM so you MUST lay it down

if i ever buy from kogan again its definitely not a kogan brand

p.s if i remember correctly i waited a month for it to be delivered p.ps i just looked up right now and its CHEAPER but $200 and i was SUPPOSEDLY using kogan first priorities to get it at a "so-called" better price, LIES!!
