This TV has been a massive, massive dissapointment, and I've only had it going for 8 hours. I think I'm at the end of my tether as far as Kogan goes. Just about every single product I've bought from them in the last 5 years has had something wrong with it. In this case, there's a low-pitched but unmistakable buzzing noise that is constantly ringing, needless to say I'm at my wits' end. Secondly, the main reason I bought this TV was to watch AFL matches through my Kayo subscription. Where is Kayo? I have tried searching for it through the App store but I'm met with "No search results found". Really? How is that even possible? Similarly, I can't find the Foxtel Go app either. My old Kogan TV found these apps no problem but this one refuses to. Yes its connected to the Internet. In summing up I think this was ultimately a complete waste of money. Both the picture and sound quality are worse than the last Kogan TV I bought in 2023.

Great TV for the first 4 weeks then won't turn on, tried the recommended fixes, remote battieries, hard power reset, different power points etc. But to no avail, contacted customer care via online form a week ago but no response! Poor customer service!

value for money !! – I have never had an issue with any of my Kogan TVs I've had 2 that lasted over 10 yrs and my partner who purchased other brands has bought 3 to my 1 Kogan .This new one i bought is great !!!! i love it and the price was unbeatable has everything that suits me perfectly :)

I’m app less with Kogan – Had this tv for a 5 weeks and I am so disappointed with its firmware Tizen os ver 1200 There is no paramount+ to download so I changed paramount+ to be a subscription with Amazon Prime which was available with the tv for the first 3 weeks. No Binge to download either. Well now Prime Video has disappeared and can’t be downloaded. I’ve been emailing Kogan help desk and have a ticket but this is a very slow month long process they need to support there customers a tad quicker I’ve contacted Binge Paramount and Prime they all say they support the OS it needs updating
