NZD shipping fee to my doorstep. Pretty good deal. Build is pretty solid, just as good as an overpriced Ogawa. operating it is pretty easy, low learning curve. Assembly was pretty easy too. The manual was there to help us. Might add pics and videos later (they're in my other phone)

legs are nice and firm. There is also a great ankle 'biter' which wraps around and releases a lot of tension. The back massager is great and packs a punch. You can make the setting harder or softer which is great. It does have some pre-designed options but essentially the machine just changes the patterns. The only downside to this chair is it doesn't massage the neck area which is a huge bummer but again for $799, I can't really complain. Have owned the chair around 12 months and has not skipped a beat. I have visitors use it all the time and love it.. I have a few friends that want to purchase it but they are always out of stock, which generally means they are popular!

Great until the neck and shoulder massage stopped working – I loved this chair and used to fall asleep in it when I first got it a month ago. It is a massage chair. Not having had a massage chair prior, I would give this a 4. It is very firm and does not have some of the functions of much higher priced chairs, but for the price it is a great entry massage chair.

Excellent value – So far...so good. Only had for a short time but initially used every day for 2 weeks. Haven't tried the heat function yet...but hopefully that'll work okay. Basic functions all appear to be working properly. GB
