Fantastic customer experience – Our KWC Zoe tap has been a fantastic and stylish addition to our kitchen for 5 years. We had a small issue with the integrated light 1 month after the end of warranty. KWC kindly replaced the part under warranty, demonstrating not only great products but great customer centric service.

Expensive, great design, good Build – Update over 1 year on - surface has chipped in couple places showing the steel underneath. Sink is a tough environment for a coated surface, but given its this is adult house with predominantly dishwasher use its not as hard as some. Still love the tap...but maybe a little less....and questioning value on cost per year. Had this tap about 3months now I wouldn't be without a pull out to wash down sink and larger pans.....this works really well You can tell from the box in this is an amazing build quality and styling......but you'd expect so for the price.... Make sure you check measurements...this beauty is large.

Pros Build - - Amazing quality, really solid components - 15 year warranty Intall - - easy to install, good instructions. - Curve doesn't lean back so can be installed in 60cm depth cabinets against wall - stick lever movement is from upright to infront and out to side - not backwards so again can be installed with wall to back Design - - gorgeous, lovely elegant swan neck - curve from the base really ads more than the standard straight neck to curve top, - simple uncomplicated...just looks good. Surface - - Matt Black doesn't mark or spot - easy to clean with soft cloth....surface looks good - coating feels solid, nice to touch Pull Out - - Really well designed - smooth motion - Returns easily and stays - Grasp rear button to pull so easy to grasp and tap surface won't wear with use - Retracts completely inside tap casing so no trying to align a catch or line where they join Packaging....from the box on, you can tell you've bought quality

Cons (not many) Price - - Ouch - definitely at the high end....even without the light Flow - Slow - hard to get a low flow, guess it depends on water pressure - Modes - cant press button to change mode back from Spray, in theory need to switch off then on....but I find you can mostly get it to work by pressing the button....maybe it depends on flow pressure being used. Size - - not necessarily con, but check dimensions, - standard width (60) cabinet + wall/splashback at back tap just fits (tap base is wide) - in this install - spout flow hits towards front half of sink and tends to spray front ie: countertop infront of sink and can do person at sink.....wouldn't be an issue with wider cabinet or island installs - as per any pull outs make sure you have room for the hose and weight to move up and down
