Met someone with similar interests to me which is nice, plenty to talk about. conversation never dries up. good match so far

The other two had different problems. One had a small user base in my area. The other had a weird matching system. This one has expensive credits, constant filter bugs, and support that takes a week. Of the three I've spent most on this one and got the least from it. That's a specific kind of disappointment.

Lauradate website is easy to navigate from day one. Didn't need to figure anything out. Just used it.

A polite way to say this doesn't exist so I'll be direct: not good enough.

The support agent helped me alot when i was confused with my account. she explain everything slow and clear so i understand. proper asset that one

She actually reads what I write and responds to what I said,not what she expected me to say. On most sites you feel like you're talking at someone. Here you feel like you're talking to them. That's the whole difference.

She listens. Properly listens. Responds to what I actually said not what she expected me to say. That's the thing that keeps me coming back every day.

is the second-guessing. did she see it and not respond? did it not arrive? is she busy? has she lost interest? without any delivery information i'm just guessing, and guessing isn't good for confidence. every other messaging platform solved this. this one decided not to.

uploaded a picture of me fishing and a woman on lauradate immediately asked what kind of fish it was. nice to know they are paying attention and not just sending generic copy paste messages to everyone :)
