rio 1123 – i have had a Rio1123 for 4 years doing all work around house and truck, great unit .But is not an industral unit , My mate has the lkx model for his bus company works 8 hours a day and is 3 years old only replaced the gun whitch was ran over. All up have nothing but praise for lavorwash ,a great cleaner the service is great i rang on a sunday to ask about a blocked nozzle and the person was very nice to explane it to me nothing

As handy as an ashtray on a motorcycle – Bought one of these 3 years ago at a premium price. have spent major money from the get go to keep it going. if you want something reliable to run your workshop don't buy one, besides the lance being terrible the thing has [censored word removed] itself 4 times in the last 12 months.we would be lucky to use it for five hours a week. the distributor gave us a lance off a carcher for free so what does this tell you . we cannot afford to buy another one to use in our business. works ok but has faults – Washer works well, but keeps blowing o rings out of noozle when you change from spray noozle to detergant noozle. They replaced o rings three times but the problems still persists! Then the high pressure hose blows a hole in hose 200 mm from unit. Ring for warranity claim but they say, hose and lance are not covered under warranty. The unit is not that old ! Unit works well Bad warranty service , when clearly the unit has faults.
